Law enforcement officers, and government "officicals" don't have ANY power over us. They are our servants. We grant them limited authority to either govern or enforce the law. We may fire them for cause. We may prosecute them for any abuse of their mandate.
A democratic nation's military has NO power over that country's citizens. At worst, in times of unrest, it may be granted a limited mandate (by our government servants and under the command of government) to restore or maintain law and order.
Do you understand anything about how a democracy functions?
It's my guess that as a parole officer you never understood that you were the servant of the people you appear to believe required to be cleansed from the gene pool.
Apparently, IMO, he feels everyone can exist without anyone to clean the gene pool as needed.
What does that mean exactly? Are you saying that you believe law enforcement officers, the military and government "officicals" should have the power to summarily exterminate anyone whom they deem to be undesirables - like the Brazilian police used to do when encountering street children in Rio? If so, that thinking is a bit Nazi, is it not (I think your use of the word "cleansed" is very telling as to your thinking and state of mind)? If so, then yes, I feel everyone can and should exist without anyone having that power.
