Poker is TFT, BJ is pooled.

No more 20% to the floors but all tips arte reported on paychecks and so they are subject to income tax. No envelopes.

Obviously, your opinion is of upper management and it must be nice to sit around and play on the computer all day. I wouldn't expect anything less from upper management opinion and it's apparent that you haven't spent much time on the front line. You may be able to put up a smoke screen with all of the homegrown dealers from Oklahoma but you can't do it to experienced Dealers. There is a lot of people who can talk the talk, but can they walk the walk?

What is wrong with rewarding loyalty and dedication.

People who worked long hours for short pay with the hope of getting a better paying job, of moving up to being a dealer. They have to take a backseat to you because you have worked somewhere else and now you want to work at WinStar?

WHY?

If a union came in, wouldn't they want the union memebers to be considered first for in house promtions? Would the union accept outside applicants before established union memebers?

If you say no, then what good is a union if it won't protect the interests of it's members and if it allowed outsiders to take better paying jobs from current employees then it wouldn't be much of a union, would it?

You ranted about how bad conditions are at WinStar.

Why then are you so upset at not getting a job here? It sounds to me like you should be relieved that you aren't forced to work under such unsavory conditions.

Who's trying to put up a smoke screen here? I just pointed out that by attacking the CGM on a personal level, you show yourself to be an ass.

I've never mentioned being anything other than a poker dealer. That is what I am, period and I'm very happy doing that.

Yes, I have time to play on the computer, at home, on my days off.

You are very upset about being told that current employees are more valued than outside applicants.

What is wrong with that policy?

Why shouldn't a company promote from within?

Since you know about the tip pooling in Table Games and the lack of a toke committe, why are you so upset at being told that WinStar hires from within?

Are you a union organizer looking for a way into the company to try to get a union movement started?

I know many more than a dozen poker and BJ employees and I have never heard any of them criticize the current CGM.

This is a possible indication that you have a drinking problem.

You should seek help for that, it might make finding a job easier.
