Say, this bitching and whining, complaining crybaby stuff is fun. Here's some more.

I work the floor.

Dealer motions me to come over to her BJ game. She attempts to explain something that went wrong in her thick Asian accent.
Dealer: Yaba abba uump ump ooohhhh
Me: What? (I wanted to say What the fuck are you talking about?")
Dealer: Umpa de dis dat yaba hum
Me: What?

I look at the players. What is she saying?
Player: She hit my hand. I didn't motion for a hit.
Dealer now looks at me like I'm from fucking outer space.

Thank you MGM Mirage for hiring dealers like this. Nice to know with so many qualified ENGLISH SPEAKING dealers out of work that you thought this gal was a better choice.

I am not a minority, so please don't hate me. As always, there are two sides to every story; please don't attack or ridicule others because of their colors and ethnicity. Some people need to grow up and stop blaming the minorities for everything that goes wrong in their lives. If you can't deal with diversity then the gaming industry is not for you. Peace!

Try being a white guy who deals tiles honey. No one talks to you, the give you the business for no reason, they watch you when someone is playing a quarter on your table, and the table behind you is playing 5k, or a floor person who gives you racial insults to your face. Try that on for size, so pardon me for thinking it's funny when they butcher our language. Also he's not blaming anyone for anything wrong in his life, he's simply stating, hire someone who is fluent in the national language.

Yes, racism "does not exist" when it is a minority being racist to a white person....I have been called a "cracka" or a redneck several times by black men, but does anyone say anything....nope. But I GUARANTEE you if I were black and the "N-word" (I love that PC way of saying that...what a joke) was used, watch out!!, call the NAACP!! Call CNN!!!

Ya know, maybe I could sue my casino for allowing blacks to call me racially motivated names, claim a hostile work environment causes me mental harm, therefore holding me back in society, and "keeping me down"......I think I have a case!! 40's are on me!!!

BTW, as you can see, I have a black guy on my avatar...just because you may say "racist" things doesn't mean that you really are......

Racism? Why Im I a racist when I have dealers that don't speak a lick of English and I wonder why and how on earth she got this job. We're not talking about some downtown break-in joint here. This is one of the top gigs in town. She's a good dealer, she deals like a robot. She can say hello and smile and can say "change $100" and even say "Change $500" She can say "Thank you" and knows to motion the floor to her game when there is a problem.

Ask her where the showrooms are. Ask her where the restaurants are? Ask her how she is doing today. Ha! Ask her what time it is! All you'll get is a distant stare. God bless America. And pray for those unemployed English speaking dealers while your at it.

samiamiam... i do not always agree with you... but on your last post, i have to agree. sorry everyone, but so f---ing true..... amen! let's face it, non-english speaking dealers do not give most players good memories, win or lose. that is a fact.!!!

And consequently, those dealers lacking in English skills, also lack the social skills necessary to get tokes. So we all pay for the 'diversity of the workforce.' Yet the casino PR folks tout what a fine job they are doing to address their social obligations to the community.
