Member Posts: 13 05/31/08 10:07	Hi I was wondering what the requirements are to work in Vegas Alot of dealers at my casino have "the dream" of going over and making it big I was just wondering, how possible that dream is for someone who isnt a resident of the USA Am i correct to assume that you would need to be a permanent resident to land a lisenced job such as a casino dealer? How many foreign people are there working in the casinos?

Member Posts: 35 05/31/08 04:52	its easy to get a licence...its just hard to get a job...and you need a job to get a licence... if you are a 21 year old pretty asian female you should have no problem. otherwise stay home.

Member Posts: 100 06/01/08 08:52	You need to get a work permit such as visa (not type 2) to be able to legally work here in the U.S.; then you can start your journey in search of a good job. A lot of eastern europeans come to the US for the summer to deal there. That may be an option for you even if you only get here for a couple of months.

I just got out of the pizza delivery business...gas sucks, and what is a tip these days? People are stingy as F^&%. I'm hoping this industry will treat me better....
