I'm getting sick and tired of people defending poor dealer skills. If you're sick and tired of people defending poor dealer skills, wait till the union gets involved. Their purpose will be to save the jobs of mediocre and poor dealers. Don't agree?? Take a look at the cocktail waitresses with the best pits.
If for one minute you think that the union will be what keeps poor dealers in their jobs you're dillusional! Why do you think these people still have their jobs year after year, it certainly isn't because of the union (since there are only 2 places so far that have unionized and far more places with bad dealers). Those people have their jobs because they have juice, they are blowing the boss, they can show up for work most days or the boss is just too damn lazy to create the paper trail to get the person fired. There are alot of other reasons that bad dealers keep their jobs but I can tell you that the union will have little if no effect on those crappy dealers keeping their jobs, but the union might just be able to save YOUR ass if management slaps a target on it!
