You can think that if you want, but you are still wrong to (as a dealer) say anything to anyone else about their demeanor, perceived tip-makng effort, or any other aspect of their work performance. When you're a dealer, you have responsibility for yourself; nobody else. Smile, play nice, and make all the tips you can. Then shut it. Anyone not in a position of authority over me (customers have a certain indirect authority over a dealer) who ever told me anything about anything involving my work performance would be immediately advised to shut it. That from day one. Lump or no lump.
Specifically here, no dealer has a right to tell a cocktail waitress to do anything.
