Wynn has stated that it is by law he can not change anything regarding our employment during talks. According to wynnaccount he states that,
NLRA provides
that the status quo must be maintained by an employer during contract negotiations. That means that an employer is prohibited from
UNILATERALLY changing the conditions of employment at the property engaged in negotiations. Nothing prohibits the employer and the Union from
agreeing to IMMEDIATELY change an employment provision
So my question is during the next meeting can you address this? I know a lot of people that would like to make the change. Also by law he doesn't have to
accept it but I want him to say it himself that he refuses to let us transfer instead of blaming some union law that doesn't exist. So how about it????
Care to step up to the plate for us on this issue?
