hello everyone!! I need serious help! I work at a casino that opened 3 months ago in St. Louis, because we are new no one seems to know how or what to do
about a toke committee. Managemet has agreed to let us have one but I dont know where to find dealer bylaws. Please if some one can help me with this I would

to this, and I will check back ALOT lol so I can get our paper work on its way. I know its important to get this together fast because as it stands the duel
rates will be paid vacation out of our tokes. That would be fine except for the fact that they floor 4 and 5 days a week!! Again thank-you for your help and

I probably won't be much help to you but our dual-rates used to get paid as a supervisor on the days that they normally floored and as a dealer on the days that they would normally deal. That became too much work so they now pay them as floor for all vacations. One of the nearby casinos pays between what they make as a floor and their base pay as a dealer. $18/$6 they would pay $12 for vacations. The casino that I was referring to doesn't pay vacation tokes. |
