Coming from a proven lyar, I must say thank you for stating that I will not accomplish anything. You've been wrong about everything else. The other thread was in concerns to Starbuck's tip pooling lawsuit. I was discussing the topic. You on the other hand make every thread about G money and his unproductive methods. You have no idea what I have been doing for the last 6 and a half years. For the first time in recent history a judge ruled against an employer's mandated tip pool. I take that as progess. I must be doing something right. You see, I do not just post on here fool, I do much more.

I must appologize to those reading this stupid thread. I really don't understand people like Hornhi. He/she/it actually thinks employers should be able to
steal their workers tips and share them with who ever the employer wants them shared with. See Hornhi's answer to the polling question "should
emplyers be prohibitted from mandating tip pooling as a condition of employment". Her answer was, no they shouldn't be prohibitted from forcing their
workers to give their tips over to their employer so their employer can use the money to pay workers of his choosing. Not only did she vote yes, employers
should be able to steal their worker's tips, she voted apparently for everyone else. HornHi responded with over 340 no votes.
Is that you Mrs. Wynn? Is that you Jan Jones?

Why should customers have to tip dealers who aren't dealing to them? Anyone. That's what employer mandated tip pooling equates to. It forces customers to tip dealers that aren't even dealing to them. |
