How do you address a dealer who refuses to tip his pit clerk? How do you address a dealer who refuses to tip his fellow dealers? You should address them all as American Citizens who have a constitutional right to spend their money however they choose. You should address them all as Free People whom many Americans have given their lives to protect the liberty of.

But as a person who works in the business who makes their livelihood off tips, you should know better. If you get good customer service you tip. Even if it's only a little bit. Do you go to the bar and stiff the bartender? Do you go to the restaurant and stiff the waiter/waitress? Do you stiff the delivery guy/girl when you get a pizza delivered? No you don't, and if you do then you are a scumbag.

I tip because I rely on tips to make a living. However, I reserve the right to not tip if I don't want to. When a dealer deals to me, I don't think I should have to tip dealers who aren't dealing to me. And yet, casinos are sharing my tips with all the dealers like I shouldn't expect LIBERTY in America.

Member Posts: 36 (04/03/08 11:56) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts Report Post	I have encountered the same problem at a go for your own joint of all places.To take it a step further this particular dealer questiones why other players were tipping,He was drunk but that is still unexcusable.I got much satisfaction by taking friends who were also dealers 5 to be exact to his table only we locked up every spot.Not only did he get stiffed by us but there was no room for any other players.Then to top off the situation he had to watch every dealer before and after him get georged up.The rule is simple in this buisiness.You either tip or you dont play table games.I feel for ya,but you can redeem your feelings by making them reep what they sew.

However, I reserve the right to not tip if I don't want to. So if you were a self-employed business owner, you wouldn't tip?? You and another dealer just share the same occupation, its not like you are part of some gang with expectations and initiation rights and all that. Another dealer is just another customer and sometimes customers #@$%!!!
