They eat that crap that management feeds them and regurgitate it back all day and night until you want to put them in a head lock and smash their face into the wall just to try to knock some sense into them. I left a VERY good job to work at Wynn and was very shocked and pissed to find out what he had planned only after it was too late, I got screwed and the screwing just keeps coming thanks to cokehead. He isn't the hand that was feeding me, he was the hand that was reaching in my pocket and STEALING MY FUCKING MONEY!

Be proud of who you are, that's fine with me. I'm just busting some chops, and whatever the Wynn Handbook says, my Casino Manager told me that it was quite alright that I stay employed at Rio, but either way, I'm leaving anyway. I haven't been scheduled at the Wynn in 6 weeks and Rio cut my days, so screw this place. The only reason I kinda screwed with you is because you had to moon me with your little guy. No bad blood, nothing like that. You are intelligent and it shows, I respect that, but just understand that wherever these people work out here, if you're full time, it's usually a much better job than, say, at least half of the people in this country. I say unionize the whole industry, every industry, and fight for what our labor earns. Keep up the good fight, "wynnaccount". Take her easy, duuuuuuuude!! (That's a joke, man....laugh a little!! Geez)

I say screw them, just like the dealers at Wynn who say screw the floor. I understand why you want a union. It will protect the below average workers. If you need an example look at the servers at Caesars, they are all older and have been there for ever. You can't tell me that one of the best casinos in Vegas can't hire young attractive waitresses. The answer is NO. Because all of the old hags with knee braces that are union and will have a job until their great grand children are old enough to serve. Survival of the fittest. That is what has made the human race what we are today. I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.

Yeah HornHi, I hope that when/as you age someone will say to you, "You know you are to old to work, you don't have a right to this job any longer because you have overstayed your welcome. Sorry, but you're fired, no go collect unemployment." And BTW, there ARE non-union cocktail waitresses at CP. Also those who are "still there" (how dare they try to keep their jobs) DID start as YOUNG women. And the older more EXPERIENCED ones can outperform any of the new girls who do not know how to enter into a game. The young ones just CHARGE right in while a customer is making a $50,000 decision on their hand, the young girl gets no response and leaves, then the "high roller" wants a drink and the young girl says, "Well! I was just there and he didn't want me then!" Whereas the more mature waitress KNOWS to wait out the hand. Just one of MANY reasons why the "mature" waitress is a much better cocktail waitress. Now, go find the fountain of youth so you can HOPE to keep your meager "unprotected" at-will job.

I don't want some 65 yeard old has been getting my drinks, when I can have a young hot girl. If I get fired for being to old, then I get fired. You see I am ok with getting old, unlike you. I understand there are things you can no longer do as well as a person half your age. Carry oround drinks on a tray all day would be one of them.
