You and Chicago have finally met Richard Taylor..
He put a few of Turning Stone employees on the un-employment line and tried taking shots at Seneca and Fallsview (twice). Needless to say he is banned from NY State and Ontario Casinos.

One I always check for is the E-T bet. I now ask them point blank if it is eleven-two, eleven-three, or eleven-twelve. Got burned on that one a long time ago when a two rolled and I had booked a $200 "E-T" from a player, of course he was screaming he had bet the two and the floor paid him. I won't book an "E-T" anymore, you gotta be specific with the numbers with me now. I ain't getting my ass in a sling for that again. I still see newbie dealers get caught on that one though.

Yes, I believe we have finally met Richard Taylor.
I read the other posts and the description matches pretty well. He was wearing a knit hat, so i cant vouch for the bald comment but everything else is pretty close. There are about 5 casino's within an hour from me and all have fairly high table limits, so he might be in the area for a while. However there are a lot of really good dealers in the chicago market, and only a matter of time befor the Indiana gaming board catches onto him and he gets 86'd from the area. Then he will have to move onto the detroit market. Thanks for the help in indentifying this guy. We appreciate it. Sockman522 |

Even the best dealer can be turned if not paying attention. As far as shots go just no bet anything after the dice have left the center of the table. Also verbal bet or request must be acknowledged by the dealer. It takes two people to make these kinds of bets, dealer and player. Dealer can claim he didn't hear the player.

There was a guy who use to play at a big strip property (recently kicked out) had a million dollar credit line..would come up and say 15 accross, with 3-purple
in the right pocket 3-5,000 checks in the left, and depending on what hit, he'd throw it in. I'm glad the management just said, he gets no shots, they
told the boxman, watch him, if he gets one in on you, you're done.
As far as your shot dalemoneytaker, he could only get that in on someone who doesn't book his bets, i'd just repeat it, $30, six, $60 on the 8, and if he didn't have at least four grand in the rail, there is no way they are giving him that one. Best shot i've ever heard of, i'm not sure if it happend or not, a guy said he was at the mirage. A guy comes and buys in for $1,000 black...then puts money plays in the field...a $100 bill face up, 8 easy, he tosses in a black chip, says money plays is lucky for me can you leave it there? 6 easy, he tosses in another black chip and goes to the next table, they roll 12 craps...the guy gives him 3 black chips, he said excuse me that's more than $100, he had ironed 15 $100 bills together with wax, he said it was so they could fit in his pocket. So they had to pay him and the other crew got fired...not sure if it's true, but a good shot if it happend |

Last Superbowl I was sitting box and the dice were about to be shot. A player (Known jack off) throws 500 into the come and only says coming. That's a bet says the dealer as the dice are in the air. Sitting box I back her up. I change the cash to one purple and the dealer puts it in the 9. The guys starts to scream like an idiot saying that he only wanted $10 in the come. He said that it was understood that it should have only been a table minimum bet. In nice words I told him to go F himslef and the bet stood. Two rolls later 7 out. It should have been no bet, but oh well. |
