The fact that Mr.W is not personaly profiting from his toke policy change is also ridiculous this company is saving millions of dollars on employees raises at the expence of there dealer's.
Supervisors at starbucks only made a few dollars more then there employee's.At the Wynn the differance in team lead wages and dealer employer paid wages is huge by a couple of hundred dollars a day.So if the court's rule in WYNN'S favor they should adjust the differance in wages so everyone is being paid the same and if the floor is getting 250 a day from the WYNN so should the dealer's after all the are just one big happy family providing great customer service so why is their such a huge discrepency in employer paid wages.
