Do you book it as "C/E, 2 each", or "C/E, 4 dollars"?

most of the time I say 2 each C/E, but the other dealers I work with just say 4 dollar C/E

The only reason I can see (other than an ass for a box), would be if you book it $2 each C&E, you take out the chance of someone taking a shot at you. If you just say $4 C&E and it hits the customer could start crying to get paid for a $4 each C&E. This is where the @#%$ of a box would tell you, if you had booked it as $2 each C&E you would not have this shot taken.
