Back to what I wanted to say.

Juice is not necessary to get a good job. Just to give you an example. I applied for a Table Games Floor position at The Venetian and by good fortune I was hired and just passed my 90 days. I don't know one person that works here. In my opinion to get a good job you will need to have two things. Number one is to have an out going personality and good guest service, and the second is games MD Bac, Big Bac, Dice, Roulette and all the Pia Gow games. You don't have to know them all but you will have to know at least three of them.

Go one line every day and check for job openings. Some of the major property's only post job openings for 24 hrs.
