I was dealing craps at a casino night themed fund raiser. There was an open bar and the drinks were flowing freely. It was a great party to work as the dealers were invited, no I take that back, encouraged to drink with the guests. Needless to say, our craps crew was feeling really good.
The hostess of the party is known for supplying very strong jello shots for this event. The crew had about 6-7 of said shots. They were strong and very good. During the game she came around with a tray full of jello shots for everyone.
All of the players and crew took a shot except for one guy. He said that he did not like jello and did not want to do a shot. After a minute of teasing and name calling, he gave in to peer pressure. He picked a yellow colored shot and asked what flavor it was. I told him my guess would be lemon. He put it back and grabbed a red one and asked what flavor that was. I told him it didn't matter just slam it.
Everyone toasted and wished each other good luck. We all did the shots. However, this guy attempted to suck the jello out of the plastic cup and couldn't do it. He tried sucking it out a couple of times all unsuccessfully. He gave up and put the full shot glass back on the tray. Here is the funny part....The lady that provided the shots, said loud enough for all to hear, "YOU CAN'T JUST STICK YOUR TONUGE IN IT, TELL ME YOU DON'T LIKE IT, AND THEN QUIT!!!"
It took about 15 minutes for all of us to stop crying we were laughing so hard and get the game going again.
