			<description><![CDATA[ The only reason I can see (other than an ass for a box), would be if you book it $2 each C&amp;E, you take out the chance of someone taking a shot at you.  If you just say $4 C&amp;E and it hits the customer could start crying to get paid for a $4 each C&amp;E.  This is where the @#%$ of a box would tell you, if you had booked it as $2 each C&amp;E you would not have this shot taken. ]]></description>
