I remember hearing at one time the the TI had a little known market strategy. It was said that they where going to market the TI primarily to the gay and lesbian community. How exactly they where able to do this I don't know, but in all honesty, it is a solid strategy for a casino. Gay and lesbian couples are usually two income households with no kids, i.e extra spendable money.

Casino's attract a lot of bad people... I think we can all agree on that.
But there are people that use the casino for what it's intended purpose is... and that is ENTERTAINMENT. When socially responsible people engage in gambling with their EXCESS money, no one gets hurt. I don't see any negative repercussions by their actions. It's only when unstable individuals indulge in irresponsible behavior do the negative repercussions come in to play.

Because the average casino has become the "REST AREA" of the marketplace in any suburban dwelling... the silent majority (if ya weeelll) may not be so quick to frequent it if it becomes openly known that homosexuals find our workplace so accomodating.
The "Average Joe" may not be so quick to spend his/her dollar at an establishment if he/she knows that this is a place where homosexuals also spend much of their free time at.

My goodness, what a misunderstanding!

First of all, I'm not a kind sir, I'm a 50-plus mom with grown kids. I never said that I saw two year olds putting the moves on anyone. But even at young ages, some kids are remarkably different. It sounds cliche, but you do find boys who always want to play with dolls and always want the dress from the dress-up box. Not just for a day or two, but always. It is my experience that these guys are more likely to grow up...

My experience raising kids tells me that some boys, even at age 2 or three, seem to be growing up gay. Heck, I know a set of identical twins, both great guys, one is gay, one is not.

I think lesbians can be more abrasive than gay men. When was the last time you ran into a woman hating gay man? I'm no authority, but I've always heard the % worldwide to be 10% across-the-board, not 2-5 as stated above. How they arrive at those I do not know but if it is 10% then maybe what you are observing isn't that "off normal distribution".

But I do think there is a higher correlation between gambling/gamblers and those who do other activities seen as somewhat "risky/immoral/naughty". For instance the % of gamblers who smoke seems to be huge compared to the general...
