			<description><![CDATA[ Cardmechanic, I know they are. That&#39;s why it&#39;s such a great article. Even those who are pro-business know that employer mandated tip pooling is doomed.

You see, tip pooling, properly interpretted, will never become a thing of the past. Some employee will continue to voluntarily share tips with other workers.
Whether it&#39;s because some employees will continue to choose to tip others who aid them in earning tips, or whether it&#39;s because some workers will
