			<description><![CDATA[ The banker wins all ties.  This is whether it&#39;s againt the house or other players.  You realize that as dealers, we are the banker unless a player opts to
be the banker.  A player asks, <em>what is the advantage of banking?</em> I say it is in that the banker wins the ties - or copies - <u>and</u> gets the cards
that the dealer would have gotten if no one banked.  At my place it is the 1 spot.
