According to a floor at Wynn that just got his job offer at Encore... The salary was stated to be $250. per day but not at this time offered the percentage of tokes because they must wait for the supreme court decision. July 7th is due day for that. We shall see... I do hope we see justice in this matter. I have slowly and surely been losing faith in the American system. Loop holes, money talks, etc. etc. I'm praying.... Godspeed to Las...

It seems everyone here wants to talk about the good and the bad about Wynn , why hasnt anyone answered the question at hand as in when they will hire and take apps. It seems this thread has gone off course where its a back and forth talk about tokes , wether to work for him and other things besides giving the information people look for on here

It is the greatest scam ever devised. The customers (idiots) are falling all over themselves to give their money away for "free" drinks, crappy food and "entertainment" while paying the salary of the employees in TIPS! It doesn't get any better than this. God forbid the customers ever wise up and decide these billion dollar casinos should start actually paying their employees with casino profits and not "gifts" from the idiots.

Wynn should be forced to put a tip-jar on every table with a sign stating "All tips will go to Steve Wynn. Your generosity is appreciated." Nevada should make sure the customer knows exactly where their tip is going. Put it right in their faces. Does anyone think people will still tip? He's benefiting directly or indirectly. HA!

Okay. I MAY consider a $300 per day wage with NO TIPS as a Dealer. Although it would be a reduction in what I already make, it would be a "stable" income which bills and such can be planned around.

Oh, and I would have to have a legally binding contract as well.

Honestly, I'd like to know what the salary would be if tips were not allowed. How much would Wynn have to pay to get good dealers in the place?? 50K 60K??

when you come to this site anymore it seems that all you have is wynn people crying about their 75 to 90 thousand a year job and g money ranting on every site about tip pooling. it would just be nice to post a comment without some wynn idiot making comments about a man that helped build the business that we are all thriving in today. if you dont like him quit working for him and move on. but no need for all the wynn people to saturate the threads with comments about how horrible making that...

If Steve'o put it right out in the open that the tokes would be shared among team leaders, Than no one has a right to complain about it. The problem is, we cant trust him to keep his word. He could vary well decide 1 year and a half after the joint opens that the porters don't make as much money as the dealrs so they get a cut too... same goes for the house keepers, after all they give service to the players. dont forget the front desk, bellhops... shall I go on?
