        <![CDATA[ I am a new poker dealer out of school only 3 months. I had a situation at a table where I was missing calling the live stradle because I was busy trying to
keep a drunk player in line. Another player was upset with me for not calling the stradle 3 or 4 times and I do understand it is my responsibility to do this.
The player that got upset is in the room EVERY day, or at least every day I work and every time I sit at the table he makes comments to other players about me

			<description><![CDATA[ The first thing you have to develop as a poker dealer is a very thick skin.  The only proper way to handle the razzing this guy is giving you is to act as if
you don&#39;t hear it, treat hime <strong>exactly</strong> the same as you do every other player, and prove him wrong.  I regularly ignore things said at the
poker table that I would punch someone&#39;s lights out for saying on the street.  That&#39;s just the nature of the business.
