			<description><![CDATA[ When I played dice on the streets of Chicago in the 50s &amp; 60s any 4 was called little joe from kokomo.  In the 90s someone asked why it was called that on
a dice board, <a target="_blank" href="http://www.recreationalgambling.craps.com">www.recreationalgambling.craps.com</a> or something like that.  Some of us tried but we never
found out.  I emailed a radio show who referred me to a local fire dept etc.  But no one ever came up with where the Kokomo came from. ]]></description>
