We have had a LOT of rain lately. The most in June for the last 50 years or longer. The casino sits just North of the Red River in Oklahoma.

The Red River is usually pretty low, but the flood gates were open up stream and the river was deeper than I have ever seen it. It was within a few feet of the bottom of the I-35 bridge.
