zero&#39;

			<description><![CDATA[ hi guys in response to the comment about 100 grand spins very rarley does that hapen in euro casino s any more only when high rollers are in town ie london monte carlo as minimums would be starting at 50cents games  up to 400 dollers maximums in the uk are up to 4000 dollers a chip so 50000 dolelrsa a chip that would very rarley happen but the games can be very complex and is good for dealers with all the complex bets it either makes you or breaks you thats why euro dealers are a lot better... ]]></description>

If they have a lack of supervision at that level of play you have to wonder about the managements judgement. If you have a game with 100 grand a spin and still a 1 for 4/6? supervision ratio similar to the main floor then I would say those making the staffing decisions have failed to protect the companies assets not the dealer. That would be my first comment if shit happened and a fair argument you could... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ the problem isn't that you might just make a mistake.  Imagine the shots these people are taking at us, and we have virtually no backup.  The European wheels are $100 minimum, and the standard maximums are $1000 progressive.  some players have double, or even triple that.<br><br>Imagine being jammed up on a high-dollar game like that with some shot-takers and you make a $100,000 mistake a time or two.  Trust me, I've seen floor supervisors completely removed from high-limit because a dealer... ]]></description>

I have never worked anywhere where a genuine error would be likely to get you fired. Is it major issue in the States? Since my inquiry I've had several months on the game and it is virtually impossible to deal it clean and nice if you have a few tough players who know how to take shots.  We do not have the inspector nor voice recorders, so we don't have the same level of game protection as they do over there, which really is important.  For these, and other reasons, I don't like to be in there on those wheels anymore.  To much potential for mistakes that could cost you your job. ]]></description>

I know this game very well , an inspector has to be all the time at the table , to help you with the call bets , the neibghers bets. Regarding the Orphans , tier , 0 spiel , nasa , these one are easy because you have the racetrack , but anyway you have to know everything , what numbers are in orphans , how you place the bet , if its a winning bet, etc.... 			<description><![CDATA[ Do you get complete maximums over there? From what I remember when I was in Vegas you have flat maximums. straight up, split, corners etc would all be the same. In most of the world it is progressive. say 500 straight up, 1000 on a split, 2000 on a corner etc. <br><br>We accept call bets of numbers to the complete maximum so for example if a table max was 100 straight up, A complate max on 5 would be 40 pieces, 4000.
