Just got my copy of the new expanded edition of the Professional Poker Dealer's Handbook. While I continue to recommend this book for all poker dealers,
this expanded edition is not significantly different than the previous edition. If you already have the book there is no reason to by the latest edition.
There is a very small section dealing with No-Limit games (the no limit boom came after the publication of the previous edition). But it is a very small
section and is not very...

Hello all.

The other day I had to argue with one of my players at the table. This is the situation:

Three players all in, but one on them didn't want to show is cards and mucked his hand without showing his hand. The others players complain cause they say
that the rule is that every time there is an 'all in' all the players involved must be showed their hands even before the dealer deals the River.

I still strongly believe that if I'm playing and...

Just a quick question regarding cutting the deck. I was recently playing a game at my local casino where the players take it turns to deal.........on a
particular hand the dealer offered the deck to a player to be cut.....he declined and then the dealer offered it to the next player - which started a very
heated debate. The question is....does the deck need to be cut on every deal and does this rule apply in organised tournaments (i.e. does the dealer always
have to cut the deck).
